Brimlock is the most important planet of the Brimlock System and serves as the capital of the system’s others planets, administratively organized as “tribute worlds.”

Although its technological level is considered somewhat backward compared to most civilized worlds in the Imperium, the planet is heavily industrialized and produces a wide range of excellent military equipment. It is particularly famed for its production of ornate rifles.

As is common with industrialized worlds, the ruling class live in luxury while the working class live grim lives of toil. Large slums, known as “rookeries,” dominate the hive cities.

Among the military units raised on the planet are the famed Brimlock Dragoons—some of the finest mechanized infantry in the Ultima Segmentum. Some dragoon units also fight on horseback.
